With a passion for automobiles deeply ingrained in his DNA, Steven has dedicated his career to mastering the intricacies of vehicle maintenance, repair, and performance enhancement. His journey began over 20 years ago, fueled by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to providing top-notch service to his clients. Steven's wealth of knowledge extends across gas, diesel, and performance vehicles, making him a trusted authority in the field. Kari Crouse - Co-owner

 

Kari Crouse, co-owner of Crouse Automotive, is not a full-time employee, but her role in the background of operations of making the business is very crucial. She is Vice President of Communications and Business Strategy at Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative, with 10+ years of experience in leading member success strategies. Seasoned in building positive client relationships, analyzing complaints, developing new procedures, and implementing member retention campaigns, she serves as the Board of Directors and leadership team key liaison. While ensuring uniform messaging aligns with strategic and operational priorities across the association, she is recognized for leadership, communication abilities, analytical thinking, and improving procedures and systems. Kari's education is the following, Master of Business Administration (M.B.A), Business Administration and Management.
